Cryocylinders

Most of the companies supplying industrial gases and gas mixtures in cylinders or monoblocks (the same cylinders, one connected to the fitting). Today it is already obsolete equipment, which has many disadvantages. The mass of the cylinder – 70kg and the weight of the mixture in it – up to 12kg. Often have to disconnect, attach the balloons because of the small spaciousness, use lifting devices.

Big risks are present in a quality of mixture, because the high probability of hitting the air, condensate from the environment. In the tank there is always moisture and metal oxides, and because of this, after cutting the sheet metal, there are so-called “nodules” that require further processing.

Separately, it should be said about cases of spontaneous combustion cylinders, mono-blocks with oxygen. There are explosions.

Since 2007, our company offers a new approach to gas supply. This is – Cryocylinder (gasifiers of small volume).

Cryocylinder is a cryogenic tank, aesthetically pleasing stainless steel which is filled with liquid oxygen (O₂), nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar) or carbon dioxide (CO₂).
With built-in equipment liquid gas is converted into a gaseous state at a given operating pressure.
Capacity of oxygen in one cryocylinder is similar to number of 25 regular 40 liters cylinders. Cryocylinder does not require loading and unloading. It is located in a shipping container and attendants can easily move it on a horizontal surface in contrast to regular gas cylinders posts and at the same time to create up to 5 workplaces. Car – distributor fills cryocylinders at their location.

Cryocylinders do not require foundations, pipelines, project registration of Gospromnadzorohrantruda.
The main advantage – reducing manual labor up to 20 times, the cost of gas up to 1.5-2 times. As practice has shown the use of cryocylinders leads to virtually no “sags” when cutting sheet metal, much better quality of the mixture.

Cryocylinders price is 2.5 times lower than the prices of foreign counterparts.

Cryocylinders are certified in Ukraine and the Russian Federation. Cryocylinders are safe in maintenance and operation as equipped with a reducing device, safety valve, rupture disc, the highest operating pressure is 13.7 – 28 bar (depending on model).
