Cryogenic pumps
Cryogenic pumps are used for injection and the overflow ofliquid air separation products as well as carbon dioxide.
We offer reciprocating and centrifugal pumps.
Piston Cryogenic Pumps – mainly used to overflow liquid air separation products as well as carbon dioxide, for example, from the storage tank in semi trailer for transportation of cryogenic products. Using a pump makes it possible to overflow liquid products in a working storage tank.
Insulated vacuum head of piston pumps, not only reduces the evaporation losses of liquid cryogenic products inside the pump, but also improves the functioning of the pump. Piston and filling rings of the pump are made of non-metallic material adapted to the cryogenic environment, which has good ductility and lubricity and therefore improving the lifespan of the pump. Clean working environment is achieved by the absence of contamination from the lubricant.
Key figures of our positive displacement pumps include:
- Rate (speed) of the flow from 30 to 1500 liters per hour;
- Handling the pressure of 3 to 35 MPa;
- Suction pressure from 0.02 to 0.05 MPa;
The speed and pressure can be regulated by special electromagnetic sensors or frequency conversion sensors. Used in the body of the pump High vacuum insulation reduces losses from evaporation. The design of the pump to minimize evaporation of cryogenic pump inside the body. The pump is designed for small volume, lightweight, has a compact structure and takes up little space.
Cryogenic Centrifugal Pump – are mainly used for repeated overflow of liquid air separation products as well as carbon dioxide, for example, from the storage tank in semi trailer for transportation of cryogenic products. Using a pump makes it possible to overflow liquid products in a working storage tank.
Key indicators of our centrifugal pumps are:
- Rate (speed) of flow from 8 to 30 m3;
- Height: 35 to 260 m;
- Suction pressure: from 0.05 to 0.1 MPa;
All pumps are designed for 8.000 hours of continuous operation. To increase the service life and reduce corrosion of parts to a minimum copper elements are used. All pumps are manufactured in such a way that their use was the most efficient and comfortable, with minimal noise and vibration.
